Your Role

· Foster a high-performing culture through active leadership, and team development.

· Champion workplace safety compliance by strictly enforcing WHS legislation and internal policies.

· Schedule shifts and ensure staff timesheets are accurate for payroll.





· Utilise the CRM laundry program to make improvements and ensure accuracy of data.

· Direct daily manufacturing operations to guarantee superior product quality and on-time delivery.

· Monitor production metrics closely to sustain high productivity and meet customer expectations.

· Spearhead continuous lean improvement projects to eliminate waste, lower costs and boost efficiency.

· Strategize production schedules and workforce allocation to meet fluctuating market demands.

· Align with across teams to swiftly resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with engineering teams to enhance machinery reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

· Synchronize production schedules with preventative maintenance to safeguard asset uptime.

· Control operational budgets and vendor contracts to drive cost-effective business growth.

· Supervise contractor performance to ensure alignment with service excellence standards.

Experience Required

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proven leadership skills.

· Experience managing teams.

· Practical experience improving business efficiency and quality.

· Ability to apply WHS legislation.

· Ability to resolve day to day issues as they arise in a timely manner.

· Experience managing operational performance, budgets and resource planning.

· Preferred OH&S;, First Aid certificates.
