Giddy On The Go is a growing bakery production business based in Kilburn, and we’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand / Bakery Production All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

This is a back-of-house production kitchen role—there is no customer service or front-of-house work.

You’ll be part of the team responsible for preparing and producing high-quality bakery products supplied to cafés and other hospitality venues across Adelaide.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely seeking long-term employment and wants to become part of a supportive team while helping our small business continue to grow.

Employment

• Part time, with the opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidate.

• Please note: We are not offering casual positions.

Typical Hours

4:30am – 12:45pm (45-minute break)

Applicants must be able to start at 4:30am, or 4:00am when required.

Your role will include:

Preparing ingredients and assisting with the production of our focaccia, cookies,



scroll dough, fillings, slices and other bakery products.

Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organised production kitchen.

Stock ordering and inventory management.

General production support and assisting wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Essential Requirements

✅ Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (no temporary visas).

✅ Current driver’s licence.

✅ Available to work weekends (we operate 7 days a week).

✅ Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment.

✅ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

✅ Strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.

✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team.

✅ Follows instructions well and is eager to learn.

✅ Takes initiative, accepts responsibility and has a positive attitude.

✅ Physically fit and capable of lifting heavier items and being on your feet for most of the shift.

Bakery experience is preferred but not essential—we’re happy to provide training to someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
