We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing sales team in a full-time entry-level sales representative role. You’ll be working across face-to-face sales campaigns on behalf of some of Australia’s leading brands, engaging customers directly through B2B and residential door-to-door sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients professionally in direct sales and field sales environments
- Engage and acquire new customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work toward individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Realistic OTE $70–100k in your first year as you develop
- Monday to Friday schedule — no weekend or evening shifts
- Full sales training provided — no prior sales experience required
- Structured career progression from entry-level through to team leader and management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
