What you’ll do:

- Design standout menus that blend classic pub favourites with bold, seasonal creations.
- Lead and mentor a talented kitchen team, fostering a positive, high-energy culture.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations — stock control, supplier relationships, and food costs.
- Ensure the highest food standards by maintaining strict food safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive innovation and elevate the dining experience.
