Our team seeks a compassionate, energetic support worker who enjoys helping people, the outdoors, and socialising. You will assist NDIS clients with daily outings, appointments, transport, and social support.
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive, adaptable, client‑focused support to improve physical and mental health.
- Plan and support clients' activities and social outings.
- Build connections with the community to help clients meet their goals.
- Assist with daily living, domestic assistance, transport, and community outings.
- Support both Community/Disability Support Work and Assistant in Nursing duties.
- Be on‑call and travel to different areas as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work on Mondays and other scheduled times.
- Must hold a full Australian driver’s licence, own a car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Experience in manual handling, challenging behaviours, and other high‑care skills.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
