About the Role

This position is ideal for an adviser who enjoys building lasting client relationships, delivering high quality strategic advice and contributing to the ongoing growth of a progressive financial planning practice.

As a Financial Adviser, you will manage relationships with both new and existing clients, providing advice across a broad range of financial planning disciplines while working closely with an experienced support team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with clients to understand their financial position, objectives and concerns and providing holistic financial advice.

- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

- Managing new client enquiries and referral opportunities

- Working collaboratively with paraplanning,



administration and implementation staff

- Ensuring all advice is compliant, appropriate and clearly documented

- Identifying additional advice opportunities where appropriate

- Contributing to continuous improvements in systems, processes and client experience

- Representing the practice professionally with clients and referral partners

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A minimum of two years' experience as a Financial Adviser

- Successfully passed the Financial Adviser Exam and met current education requirements

- Current registration on the Financial Advisers Register, or eligibility for registration prior to providing personal advice

- Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to explain complex financial concepts in a transparent, practical and relatable way

- A thorough understanding of compliance obligations and the best interest’s duty

- Excellent attention to detail

- Confidence in developing and managing long term client relationships

- A professional, ethical and reliable approach

- A genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business
