I’m recruiting for a Home Finance Specialist for a well established, reputable firm in West Perth.

The Role:

- Managing the end-to-end process for residential loans.
- Generating new business opportunities & converting leads.
- Key relationships with Accountants/Financial Advisers/Real Estate Professionals
- Building referral networks, identifying opportunities within existing & new client bases.
- Reading financial statements e.g. balance sheets, P&L; reports.

About you:

- Proven expertise across Business Development, Relationship Management, Home Loan Writing.
- Robust knowledge of Residential Lending/Mortgage Broking
- 5+ years in mortgage broking/lending.
- ACL/Credit Rep qualified and compliant CPD records.
