About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead on of Australia's most iconic tourism portfolios spanning the ancient and breathtaking landscapes of either Arnhem Land, Central Australia and the Kimberley.

We are seeking experienced General Managers to lead one of our touring portfolios. With flexibility on location, you will have full accountability for safety, people, guest experience, commercial performance and operational excellence.

Leading geographically dispersed teams across remote operations, you'll build robust relationships with Traditional Owners, drive performance, and ensure every experience delivers on the Outback Spirit promise of sharing special places and shaping lasting memories.

This role suits a commercially astute and purpose-driven leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading from the front.

You will be responsible for:

- Setting the tone for a high-performance culture.

- Championing a strong safety culture across all operations.

- Owning the financial performance of your portfolio.

- Leading and developing geographically dispersed teams.





- Continually raising the bar on guest experience, operational performance and contributing to the future growth of the portfolio.

- Contributing to the ongoing development and evolution of experiences that strengthen Outback Spirit's position as a market leader.

About you

You are a capable and authentic leader who is not only commercially and financially savvy but has a demonstrated passion for people and guest experience.

You have experience leading complex, multi-site operations and understand how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You build strong teams, create accountability and deliver results.

Ideally, you will be:

- experienced in leading multi-site, geographically dispersed or complex operational businesses.

- commercially astute with a growth mindset as has an ability to see opportunity in challenge.

- genuinely invested in the guest experience and delivering on our promise to ‘sharing special places and shaping lasting memories’
