We're partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC contractor that continues to secure major projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation in the market, they are looking to add an experienced HVAC Project Manager to their growing construction team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple HVAC projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing commercial HVAC fitout and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, procurement schedules and resource plans.
- Coordinating engineering, drafting, procurement, site and commissioning teams.
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and labour resources.
- Reviewing design documentation and identifying value engineering opportunities.
- Administering purchase orders, subcontract agreements, progress claims and project variations.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and builders.
- Monitoring project financial performance, forecasting and profitability.




- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and Australian Standards.
- Leading project meetings, commissioning, defect management and final handover.

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between $1M and $5M.
- Solid knowledge of commercial fitout and building services projects.
- Excellent commercial and financial management skills.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, commissioning and construction methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using project management software such as Simpro, Procore, Aconex or similar.
- Mechanical Engineering qualification or HVAC trade background is highly regarded.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
