Kat the Label

Williamstown

Kat the Label is a Melbourne-born lingerie and sleepwear brand known for its feminine, size-inclusive designs and cult-favourite fit. What started as a small, founder-led label has grown into a rapid-moving DTC business trading across Australia, the US, and the UK, with a loyal community and a rapidly scaling ecommerce arm. We're a close-knit, high-performing team based out of our Cremorne HQ, and we move quickly, back each other, and take pride in the product and the customer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Coordinator is the engine room of our D2C business. Reporting to the Ecommerce Growth Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of our Shopify storefronts across multiple markets - from product uploads and collection merchandising through to promotional mechanics, site health, and trade analysis.

You're the person who makes sure every collection launch, sale, and campaign lands cleanly on site, on time, every time. You move fast, finish things, and understand that every page is a commercial lever.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Manage product placement, collection curation, and on-site navigation across AU, US, and UK Shopify storefronts to maximise conversion and revenue per session
- Own product uploads, PDPs, imagery, tagging, and category merchandising - ensuring everything is brand correct, mobile-first, and conversion optimised
- Coordinate on-site updates for new product launches, partnering with brand, creative, and the wider marketing team to hit go-live dates

Promotional Execution

- Deploy discounts, bundles, gift with purchase mechanics, and sitewide promotions accurately and on schedule across all storefronts
- Set up and QA Shopify discount codes, automated promotions, and in office banners in alignment with campaign T&Cs;
- Support the build and execution of key trading moments including EOFY, Black Friday, Boxing Day, and seasonal campaigns

- Use Microsoft Clarity to analyse on-site behaviour, identify drop-off points across the funnel - homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout - and surface actionable fixes
- Support the build and QA of A/B tests, translating results into clear recommendations and implemented changes
- Regularly audit funnel performance data via GA4, Shopify & ProfitPeak Analytics to identify conversion opportunities and flag anomalies
- Manage Shopify apps including Okendo, Back in Stock, Wishlist Co and other tools that support the on-site customer experience

Site Health & QA

- Proactively audit storefronts for broken links, pricing errors, out-of-stock products, and content inconsistencies across markets
- Work closely with the web developer to flag UX issues, test changes, and ensure a smooth customer experience at all times
- Liaise with the SEO agency to implement on-site recommendations, ensuring technical and content updates are actioned accurately and on schedule
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce trade reporting using relevant analytics tools
- Surface what's working, what isn't, and what to change next - with clear commercial commentary, not just data
- Contribute to weekly trading cadences alongside the Ecommerce Growth Manager

Cross-Functional Partnership

- Work closely with the CRM Coordinator to ensure on-site and CRM promotional mechanics are aligned across every campaign
- Partner with brand and creative to ensure all product presentation meets KTL's visual and tone standards

- Liaise with customer care to resolve site issues that impact the customer experience

ABOUT YOU

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an ecommerce coordinator or assistant role, ideally within a DTC fashion or lifestyle brand
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify - confident with merchandising, discount configuration, metafields, and app management
- Comfortable with ecommerce analytics: GA4 and Shopify Analytics as a minimum; exposure to Triple Whale or similar is a bonus
- Sharp eye for detail - you do not ship typos, broken links, or misaligned banners
- Strong commercial instinct: you understand how ecommerce decisions translate to revenue
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving, campaign-heavy environment
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar ESP tools is advantageous
- Experience across multiple storefronts or international markets is highly regarded

BONUS POINTS

- Exposure to Shopify theme editing including basic Liquid, HTML, and CSS - ability to action minor front-end updates without always relying on the web developer is a strong advantage

HOW YOU'LL OPERATE

- You take ownership end-to-end and don't wait to be told what's next
- You move fast without dropping quality - speed and precision are not a trade-off here
- You communicate clearly and flag issues early
- You care about the brand and the customer experience as much as you care about the metrics

WHAT WE OFFER

- Annual Wardrobe Allowance
- Additional Women’s Health Leave
- Wellness initiatives and Events
- Summer Fridays - 3pm finish
- 1 WFH day
- Opportunities for professional development and growth
- A supportive, high-performing team culture in our Cremorne office

Applications must include a cover letter addressing why you're the best fit for this role.
