Are You the Right Fit?

Role

- A broad paediatric skill set - confidence across a variety of paediatric procedures in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Experience in Special Care Nursery - highly desirable for providing immediate care to neonates and supporting families from the very beginning.
- CVAD knowledge or accreditation - an advantage that strengthens your contribution to specialised, high-quality care.
- Flexibility within a rotating roster - working collaboratively within a team that values adaptability and shared responsibility.
- A commitment to exceptional paediatric nursing - bringing teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence to every shift.

Selection Criteria





- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Please outline your recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality, incuding any experience in special care nursery environment.
- Please demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
- Please give an example of your use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
