A Day in the Life at FAA: Your day begins with a team huddle to set priorities, share updates and make sure everyone is ready to deliver a great client experience. From there, you will manage priority tasks, respond to client calls and emails, schedule appointments, send confirmations, prepare appointment folders, set tasks, access business portals, collect information and follow up with clients where needed. You will also play an important role in supporting colleagues, keeping appointments on track and helping the wider team stay organised and focused.
This role will suit someone who is proactive, practical, confident using common sense and comfortable thinking ahead to solve problems before they become bigger issues.

- Salary from $68,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will provide practical and reliable support across client service, scheduling and administration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client enquiries by phone and email in a professional and helpful manner
- Calling businesses and clients to schedule appointments
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence
- Preparing documents and appointment materials
- Providing exceptional service to clients, consultants and internal team members
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including file notes, scanning and data entry
- Providing administrative support across multiple teams
- Assisting with general administration duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administration, organisation and time management skills
- A friendly,
professional and confident phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English and grammar
- Sound computer skills and basic maths ability, which will be tested during the interview process
- A willingness to learn new technical and professional skills (open to further study if necessary)
- A polite, courteous and respectful approach with both clients and colleagues
- The ability to adapt and stay positive in a changing environment
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- A strong work ethic, initiative and reliability
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
