Northcott in Parramatta is seeking a Coordinator for a full time maternity leave contract to support families under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA). You will work with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver child- and family-centred support, guiding families through plan reassessments and referrals.
You will travel across Northcott sites and the community, empowering children to reach their full potential while contributing to positive community outcomes.
