The Role
We’re looking for an experienced access equipment Service Technician / Mechanic to carry out field service, repairs, and maintenance, with occasional remote support to other states. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows machines, can fault‑find properly, and is comfortable working independently in the field.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Repairing and maintaining machinery
- Breakdown diagnostics on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Scheduled servicing, safety inspections, and condition reports
- Completing Australian compliance upgrades and Tier 1 configurations
- PDI, commissioning, and delivery support
- Basic operator handover and machine familiarisation
- Completing job cards and service reports
- Working safely and keeping your service vehicle and tools in order
- Maintain customer relationships, manage accessory inventory and allocation
- Efficiently carry out temporary tasks assigned by the leadership and cooperate with the company's business development.
What You Need
- 1+ years’ hands‑on experience with heavy machinery equipment
- Ability to read schematics and service manuals
- Experience with Zoomlion, Tadano, Liebherr, Tadano, Franna, Grove, Kato, and Kobelco or similar
- Comfortable working alone in the field and dealing with customers
Tickets & Licences (Required)
- Yellow Card or equivalent
