We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our in office team, delivering general maintenance services within a respected and well-established 24/7 healthcare facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable day shift roster while working across a diverse environment including a hospital, aged care, and early learning centre setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of plumbing and maintenance duties, including:

- Performing general plumbing and maintenance tasks across the facility
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems
- Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Tracking and reporting maintenance issues
- Conducting routine quality and safety checks on equipment
- Completing physically demanding internal and external maintenance and cleaning duties
- Managing your time effectively and working independently to meet daily requirements
- Communicating effectively with patients, residents, caregivers, and staff
- Applying (or being willing to learn) strong Work Health & Safety practices

Essential:

- Current Plumbing Licence (including Drainer and Gas Fitter)
- Willingness to participate in a 3-off, 1-on, on-call roster (attracts allowance)
- Reliable transport





Highly Desirable (or willingness to obtain):

- White Card (Construction Induction)
- TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) endorsement
- Backflow prevention device endorsement
