Trawool Estate is looking for a passionate, hands-on Guest Service Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience across the Estate.

Set amongst the natural beauty of the Goulburn Valley, Trawool Estate is a destination combining luxury accommodation, food, wine, events and genuine country hospitality.

This is an opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career — someone who loves being on the floor, enjoys building relationships with guests and is equally comfortable leading a shift, solving a problem or jumping in wherever the team needs them.

The role

Working closely with the Estate’s management team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day guest experience across accommodation, food and beverage and events.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting the guest services team during shifts

- Delivering warm, polished and genuine hospitality

- Supporting reception, check-in and check-out operations

- Supervising restaurant, bar and event service when required

- Handling guest requests and resolving issues confidently

- Coordinating between accommodation, housekeeping, kitchen and F&B; teams

- Maintaining presentation and service standards throughout the Estate

- Assisting with staff training, development and daily briefings

- Opening and closing the property and completing relevant shift procedures

- Identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience

- Leading by example and being prepared to get your hands dirty

About you





We’re less interested in a perfect CV and more interested in finding the right hospitality person.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts or quality hospitality venues

- Experience supervising or leading a team

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Confidence dealing directly with guests

- A genuine interest in food, wine, travel and hospitality

- A calm, solutions-focused approach when things don’t go to plan

- High presentation standards and attention to detail

- Availability across a flexible hospitality roster, including weekends

Experience with hotel PMS and reservation systems is advantageous, but training can be provided.

Most importantly, you’re someone who notices the details, takes ownership and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.
