This role is responsible for driving day-to-day WHS compliance, supporting a positive safety culture, and helping reduce workplace incidents and workers compensation claims across our retail network.

How you will add value:

- Support the delivery of the Retail Health & Safety program across our stores and support office
- Support a strong safety culture through coaching, site visits and practical guidance for store and area managers
- Partner with store and area managers to support their day-to-day Health & Safety responsibilities
- Prepare regular Health & Safety reporting, metrics and KPI updates
- Deliver training sessions that build team capability and support due diligence obligations
- Manage day-to-day Health & Safety and Workers Compensation case activity, including early intervention and injury prevention initiatives
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, Group policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Help track and improve LTIFR, TRIFR and workers compensation claims through proactive risk management
- Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up

About You:

- Experience in a Health & Safety role within a multi-site retail or similar customer-facing workplace




- Solid working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and Workers Compensation frameworks
- Experience supporting claims management, injury management and return-to-work processes
- Good communication and coaching skills, comfortable engaging with store teams and frontline leaders
- Comfortable working with data and reporting to track safety performance
