Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives, and munitions for both defence and commercial applications. We are currently seeking an HSE Coordinator to join our team in Mulwala on Yorta Yorta land.

Your Role

As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting health, safety, and environmental outcomes across the site. You will help drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

Support the implementation and ongoing management of HSE systems, processes, and initiativesMaintain and improve documentation, reporting, and records across HSE activitiesLeverage your expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ISO HSE standards, and database/competency management systemsCoordinate HSE-related data, training records, and competency trackingAssist with audits, inspections, investigations,



and compliance activitiesContribute to continuous improvement by applying sound judgment, proactive thinking, and a forward-looking mindsetBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPromote and support a positive safety culture through strong communication and collaboration

About You

A certificate or diploma in Health and Safety, Environment, Science, Engineering, Psychology, or a related discipline will be highly regarded but is not essential.A genuine passion for working within a diverse team united by a common purposeYou have participated in HSE activities (committees, risk assessments, etc.) and are interested in learning more about HSE.Strong capability in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and database/competency management systemExcellent time management skills and a high level of attention to detailThe ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environmentsA proactive approach, sound judgment, and a practical problem-solving mindsetOutstanding communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
