About the Role – Reporting Officer

Reporting Officers provide actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making across complex infrastructure projects. You will collate, analyse,



and validate project performance data; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management, clients, and regulators; ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting; create dashboards and visual summaries; and identify opportunities for reporting process improvements.

Your work ensures project performance is clearly communicated, transparent, and aligned with governance requirements.

About You

Essential:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent industry experience

- Excellent technical skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation

- Strong writing skills, including the communication of technical information in plain English

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders

- Flexibility, willingness to learn new processes and skills, and the capability to work independently
