Ready for something recent?Whether you're starting out, changing careers, returning to work, or simply curious about mining, the Ganhambarra Program could be your opportunity to explore what's possible.Newmont Cadia is proud to offer this paid 16-week program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, providing hands-on experience, practical skills, nationally recognised training, and exposure to career pathways across a world-class mining operation. Roles start in early December. No mining experience? No problem. If you're willing to learn, work safely and bring a positive attitude, we'll provide the training, support and mentoring to help you succeed.

Who Should Apply?

- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Value safety, teamwork and respect
- Hold a provisional or full driver's licence (manual preferred)
- Can complete pre-employment medical and background checks
