As a Settlement Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial settlement processes while supporting the wider finance team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage daily settlement activities, including customer billing, partner settlements, and supplier reconciliations.
- Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare settlement reports, reconciliation schedules, and support month-end close activities.
- Assist with cost allocation, financial record maintenance, and operational finance tasks.
- Analyse settlement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly finance and settlement reports.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and settlement procedures.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, settlements, reconciliations, or finance operations.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
- Solid Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CPA or CA studies (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded.
- Mandarin language skills are advantageous, but not essential.
