We are a cafe located in Glenelg East, we are your local go to cafe and looking for a Café Manager who’s just as obsessed with coffee as we are—someone who can lead a team, build a local customer base and take great care of our customers, and elevate the entire coffee experience.
What We're Looking For
This isn’t your average café gig. We’re searching for a hospitality-first leader—someone who understands the grind (literally and figuratively), gets excited about pressure profiling, and someone who thrives in a very busy space!
Positive and 'can do' attitude a must, we are hitting the ground running with this new and exciting venue and looking for someone to represent our brand with pride and upbeat personality.
- Someone looking to build a new venue into a community icon
- Hands-on experience running a high-volume specialty coffee venue
- A deep understanding of coffee extraction, workflow, and dialing in
- Experience with training and developing baristas,
- A passion for breakfast,
lunch menus that complement great coffee
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to service excellence
- A willingness to lead by example—on bar, on floor, and in the team dynamic
- Ability to handle High Pressure situations whilst maintaining consistency.
- Strong skills in espresso preparation, latte art and milk texturizing.
- Recipe writing and creative flair
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a café team obsessed with quality and consistency
- Managing daily operations—from service flow to inventory
- Training staff in all area's
- Ensuring every shot pulled and every plate served reflects our brand
- Collaborating with our roasting and training teams to keep pushing the envelope
- Building and maintaining a positive, specialty-focused café culture
