Grin Creative is on the hunt for a talented, Melbourne-based senior designer to join our tight-knit team. You'll work closely with our designers, art directors and clients to deliver considered, tailored design solutions across branding, print and digital.

We're after an all-rounder. You are someone with a genuine flair for clever brand identity work, sharp typographic instincts, and solid experience in digital publishing. You're a fast learner who loves the craft, and you're just as comfortable presenting to a client as you are refining a grid.

What You'll Be Doing

- Contributing across the full design process, from initial concept through to final artwork
- Collaborating with the team on branding strategy and art direction
- Producing visually striking, high-impact design across digital and print
- Maintaining design consistency and a high bar of quality across every project
- Staying on top of emerging tools, trends and best practice in the industry

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years' professional design experience
- Experience with digital publishing platforms
- Confident, hands-on skills in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite)




- A strong grasp of design fundamentals — typography, colour theory, layout and composition
- Sharp conceptual thinking and a knack for solving design problems
- The ability to collaborate well and juggle deadlines without losing quality
- Illustration and/or animation skills are a big plus
- A good sense of humour and a genuine team-player attitude
