About the RoleWe're looking for a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to own the technical pre-sales process end to end, from onsite scoping through to proposal and handover to delivery.
You'll work closely with Sales and Technical Account Managers to translate customer problems into technically sound, commercially aligned solutions, and present them with confidence.

What You'll Be DoingConducting onsite prospect reviews and producing structured assessments of risks, gaps, and opportunitiesDesigning scalable solutions across Managed IT, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud, and IP VoiceTurning findings into clear proposals, scoping documents, and bills of materials that win businessPresenting to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical decision makersSupporting RFP/RFQ and tender responsesEnsuring clean, accurate handover to the Implementations team
What We're Looking ForPre-sales, solutions architecture, or senior technical experience within an MSP or IT services environmentBroad technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, networking, cyber security,



and IP voiceProven ability to produce technical assessments, scoping documents, and commercial proposalsA confident, credible communicator who can simplify complex ideas for any audienceNSW driver's licence and full Australian working rightsRelevant certifications (Microsoft, Sophos, Cisco or similar) and Essential Eight knowledge highly regarded
