Looking to start a hands-on career in construction? Statewide Apprenticeships is seeking a reliable and motivated apprentice to undertake a Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining with a host employer based in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
This is a great opportunity to learn the trade while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing plasterboard, ceiling systems and wall linings
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Learning how to set joints and prepare surfaces for finishing
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople
- Maintaining a protected and tidy worksite
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in the construction industry
- Motivation to learn and develop new skills
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physically fit and willing to work hard
