This position is central to the business's core identity programme. Your primary mandate will be to uplift the overarching identity security posture, with a heavy operational focus on optimising JML processes. You will bridge the gap between technical identity frameworks and business operations, driving automation, eliminating manual constraints, and establishing scalable governance models across a vast stakeholder network.
Key Responsibilities

- Lifecycle Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Lead the day‑to‑day execution of core identity lifecycle processes, including access requests, approval workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, and entitlement management.
- Process Automation & Optimisation: Drive the modernization of identity workflows to reduce manual effort, enhance control effectiveness, and provide definitive subject matter expertise across IAM/IGA practices.
- Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with application owners, technical infrastructure teams, HR, and enterprise business units to safely onboard new platforms and applications into the IAM governance fabric.
- Audit & Compliance Support:
Collaborate closely with the internal Compliance Lead to execute comprehensive access reviews, coordinate remediation activities, run certification processes, and collect audit evidence.
- Data Telemetry & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain operational IAM dashboards and metrics to provide explicit visibility into platform health, process performance, and remediation pathways for executive security leadership.
Mandatory Technical Capabilities & Certifications
- Core Security Certifications: Should hold at least one premium industry benchmark certification: CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or CISA.
- Microsoft Identity Specialisation: Active SC300 or SC100
- Entitlement Architecture: In‑depth understanding of complex Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver configurations, access entitlement models (RBAC, ABAC), and a functional working knowledge of role mining and access mining practices.
- Identity Standards: Robust technical literacy in modern authentication and governance standards, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Azure AD Governance, and SCIM.
Experience & Background
- Senior Domain Expertise: A minimum of 7+ years in a senior‑level technology or cybersecurity position, with at least 3+ years of dedicated, hands‑on experience specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Industry Context: Professional work experience within the Healthcare, Pharma, or complex clinical logistics sectors is highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) toolsets.
