Position overview
The Donor Relations Officer provides the welcoming first point of contact for donor enquiries and plays a pivotal role in managing the University’s donor acknowledgement program. A key member of the specialised Donor Relations team, this role thrives on collaboration with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including Philanthropy staff engaged in fundraising and stewardship activities, donors and benefactors, students, and alumni.
The Donor Relations Officer provides proactive and responsive support, ensuring the delivery of donor relations and stewardship activities. This includes supporting impactful events and experiences, and crafting effective communications that strengthen and celebrate the relationships between the University and its supporters.
Candidates with strong interpersonal and administrative skills, phone etiquette and call management, attention to detail, and a cooperative mindset are encouraged to apply.
