We’re on the lookout for a capable, detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. This is a key role at the centre of our financial operations—ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, but also values continuous improvement and doing things smarter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll take ownership of the Accounts Payable function—balancing efficiency with accuracy, while continuously improving how we work:

- High-Volume Invoice Processing: Manage invoice flow with accuracy and control, keeping things moving without compromising quality

- End-to-End Accounts Payable: From invoice processing through to payment runs—you’ll own outcomes, not just tasks

- Reconciliations: Maintain clean, accurate supplier accounts and proactively resolve discrepancies

- Process Ownership & Improvement: Contribute ideas and improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen controls

- Supplier Management: Build strong, professional relationships and handle queries with confidence and clarity

- Month-End Support: Assist with accruals and close processes, ensuring everything ties together

- Data Integrity & Controls: Maintain high standards across systems, ensuring consistency and reliability

- Proven Experience:



Background in Accounts Payable, ideally in a high-volume environment

- Detail Focused: You’re thorough, accurate, and take pride in getting things right
