About The Role
As a Project Leader, you’ll be the engine behind our project success — leading teams, coordinating with clients, managing consultants, and driving design and documentation through all project phases. You’ll partner closely with a Project Director and take full ownership of project outcomes, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, documentation and delivery.
- Manage and coordinate large-scale multi-residential developments.
- Oversee consultant coordination and project quality from concept to construction.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
- Administer contracts, track budgets, and manage project timelines.
- Maintain high Revit/BIM standards across the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve project documentation to meet CPA quality and compliance benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture or project management roles.
- Proven leadership in delivering complex multi-residential and commercial projects.
- High-level proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and project delivery systems.
- Solid knowledge of local building codes, BCA and contract administration.
- Ability to inspire and mentor teams while keeping projects on track and on budget.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
- Architectural registration in Australia (or working towards it).
- Must be a permanent resident of Australia.
