The TheirCare cluster leadership role oversees a small portfolio of Outside School Hours Care services across the Warrnambool region, located at a primary school, with split-site duties and regular service visits. This role is designed as a pathway to Area Manager, exposing you to multi-site leadership and regional operations.
You will work with your Senior Area Manager to strengthen performance, build team capability and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across your cluster.
