Spectrum Care is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker for its Supported Independent Living team in the Wellington region. This casual role involves one‑on‑one support to adults with disabilities in home and community settings, helping them pursue routines, hobbies, and personal goals.

You’ll assist with daily living tasks, build independence, and connect clients to clubs, education, or employment opportunities. A willingness to learn and gain a Level 3 qualification is required.
