Fabulais a Perth-grownbeauty retailer with seven stores across WA (and we're still growing). and we’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to guide one of our Perth locations. Our stores bring together the best of Korean beauty, Asian skincare heroes and trending global cosmetics in a welcoming, expert environment where customers love to explore.
We have a Store Manager vacancy available at either location:
Morley — our newest store, opening soon. You will build the team, set the standards, and lead the launch.
Carousel — an established, high-traffic store with a loyal customer base and real room to grow.

What you’ll be doing
As our Store Manager you will lead the daily rhythm of the store and ensure every customer feels supported, inspired and excited to discover recent beauty favourites.
Your key responsibilities include
- Leading daily store operations and motivating your team to meet and exceed KPIs
- Delivering a warm and knowledgeable customer experience with a service first approach
- Coach and develop your team in product knowledge, skin concern consultation and complete routine building (not just single-product selling)
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop your team, with support from HR
- Creating efficient rosters and ensuring payroll and timesheet accuracy
- Maintaining Fabula’s visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Managing stock levels, reviewing sales insights and supporting promotional activity
- Building strong relationships with centre management and external partners
- Acting as a hands on leader on the floor who uplifts customers and energises the team
At Fabula, leaders don't simply report problems — they bring solutions. Your store's performance is reviewed monthly,
supported by mystery shopper visits and store audits through the year, and a structured leadership review every six months.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in a retail leadership role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor), ideally in beauty, cosmetics or lifestyle
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ownership and accountability — you identify issues, act on them and follow through, rather than escalating and waiting
- Strong commercial acumen, and confidence in driving store sales while managing wage cost
- Clear communication, sound judgement, and calm problem-solving under pressure
- A genuine passion for beauty and skincare, and for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Confidence representing a premium beauty brand and upholding our presentation and service standards
- Full working rights in Australia

The details
Full time, 38 hours per week, rostered across weekends and late night trading
