People First Bank is seeking a Member Experience Officer for the Heritage Bank Maroochydore Branch in Queensland. The role is permanent part time (38 hours per fortnight) and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their financial journeys.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, assist with transactions, and promote digital banking services. Training will be provided, with a roster including weekday and occasional Saturday shifts.
