Role Description The Project Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Novi Beograd. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting projects across operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project progress, preparing reports and documentation, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. The Project Specialist helps resolve issues, supports risk and resource management, and contributes to process improvements that enhance project delivery.



The role also involves providing responsive service to internal customers and supporting initiatives that drive business performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support effective decision-making within projects.
- Customer Service capabilities to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and maintain positive working relationships.
- Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, monitoring milestones, and managing project documentation.
- Sales awareness or experience, with the ability to understand commercial drivers and support project outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, project management, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience in an operations, manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Novi Beograd, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a quick-paced and evolving environment.
