About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiasticStore Managerto join the team at our Bras N Things Mt Ommaneystore.

This is a part-time position at 26 hours per week.

- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
- Create a strong customer-first setting where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistentlyhigh levelof service
- Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback,supportand ongoing capability building
- Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customerneedsand store presentation with commercial judgement
- Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
