Opportunity 1 – Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer

Southport | Full-Time / Flexible Part-Time (School Hours) | $40–$45 per hour + Super

Join a well-established private investment group with a diverse portfolio of commercial property and related businesses.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play an integral role across multiple entities, including:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and compliance
- Bank and account reconciliations
- End-of-month processing
- BAS and GST assistance
- Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations

Ideal for someone with previous experience in accounts, payroll or bookkeeping who enjoys variety and working as part of a collaborative finance team.

Opportunity 2 – Bookkeeper / Payroll Officer

Palm Beach | Permanent Part-Time | Tuesday to Thursday 22.8 hours | $45–$50 per hour + Super





Join a successful professional and technical services consultancy in a flexible, long-term role offering genuine work-life balance.

Working three days per week, you'll be responsible for:

- Payroll processing and compliance
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Supplier invoices and payments
- Payroll tax and GST support
- Assisting the Company Accountant with finance administration

Perfect for an experienced Bookkeeper seeking flexibility without compromising on responsibility or stability.

What We're Looking For

Both opportunities suit candidates who offer:

- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts or payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, Reckon or similar
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- A reliable, professional and team-focused approach
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
