Care Assistant - Part Time x 33hours per Fortnight - Kilpatrick Court in Toronto

Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a permanent Part-Time basis at our Aged Care Facility Storm Village in Kilpatrick Court, Toronto. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.

This role offers an excellent chance for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to work in a great team environment. You will have the opportunity to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

Role & Responsibilities





- Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
- Consistent delivery of person-centred care to residents in our facilities
- Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
- Abide by Aged Care Standards
- Work as an effective team member

About you?

- Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document resident's care/progress
