About the role
You’ll support the collection, analysis and reporting of Incident, Request, Asset and Configuration Management data across Hydro Tasmania's technology environment. Working closely with teams across IT, you'll help identify service trends, recurring issues and data quality improvements that support operational performance and compliance. You'll assist with maintaining asset and configuration data, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support Problem Management, IT Asset Management, Disaster Recovery and continual improvement activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while contributing to a critical business function.
Salary range $76,097 - $93,590 plus super

Key responsibilities
