In this role the Apprentice would will gain on the job exposure, paid employment whilst gaining a wide range of experience within the Heavy Diesel industry whilst completing a Nationally recognised qualificationCertificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehcile Mechanical Technology (AUR31120)

About the role:

The Diesel Mechanic Traineeship position is a 48-month full time position which will provide assistance to mechanics within the workshop undetaking scheduled maintenance, hydraulic system diagnostic and repair, component rebuilds, hydraulic host fabrication, basic auto electrical repairs, and tyre repairs.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
- Driver's license

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a broad range of tasks on a variety of heavy commercial vehicles in the automotive service and repair sector. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Nominal Duration:

48 months, this is the time it will take to complete the qualification.
