The Role
Supporting Our Estimating And Project Delivery Teams, You Will Get a Front‑row Seat To The Entire Construction Lifecycle. You’ll Be Involved In:
- Assisting with accurate cost estimates and compiling project budgets.
- Procuring quotes and building relationships with our local subcontractor base.
- Conducting “take‑offs” and preparing tender documentation.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff.
- Learning industry‑leading software and modern project workflows.
Who You Are
- The Student/Grad: Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- The Detail‑Seeker: You have a sharp eye for the small things and a knack for organization.
- The Communicator: You’re comfortable picking up the phone and talking to a subbie or a client.
