About The Role

This casual position based in Clare offers variety and purpose, supporting people with disability across different settings.





Deliver individualised support in Hub and in-home environmentsPromote independence and community inclusionWork collaboratively with a passionate support teamProvide client transportation for community access, utilising own personal vehicle when required (reimbursements available)

Knowledge, skills and experience

Lived or professional experience supporting people with disability is highly regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work respectfully across diverse backgroundsComfortable with personal care, mobility support and behaviour managementReliable, flexible and committed to empowering others

What You’ll Need Before Starting

Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support Achievement of certain certifications are mandatory requirements for this role; in applying you must be willing to undertake training in fields such as medication management, NDIS Worker Orientation Modules, CPR and othersThe successful applicant may be required to work Shift Work, In-Home, In-Hub and in other community settingsDriver’s licence (minimum P2) and willingness to drive Novita vehiclesCurrent Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check

we’ll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
