We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing South Australian team.

About the Role

This is a predominantly field-based role where you'll partner with dealerships across Adelaide, helping them maximise performance, improve customer outcomes, and grow sales.

You'll work closely with:

· Dealer Principals

· General Managers

· Sales Managers

· Business Managers

· Car Care Consultants

Your ability to build trust, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional support will be the key to your success.

Occasional attendance at our Croydon Park office may be required.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build Strong Partnerships

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealership partners while delivering outstanding service and support.

Drive Business Growth

Identify current opportunities, increase product penetration, and support dealerships in achieving their sales goals.





Resolve Issues Quickly

Act as the key point of contact for operational and customer concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.

Deliver Training & Coaching

Conduct engaging dealership training sessions that improve product knowledge, confidence, and performance.

Support Sales Teams

Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to Business Managers and Car Care Consultants to maximise results.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales

- Automotive dealership experience highly regarded

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Strong relationship-building abilities

- Self-motivated with excellent time management

- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively

- Driven, professional, and customer-focused mindset

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
