We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a contract through to end of 2026. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy. No finance qualifications are required - just strong data entry skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

About the Role

Reporting into a collaborative team, you'll provide essential support across a range of duties, ensuring key processes are completed accurately and on time.

- Data entry of high volume of invoices
- Month-end administrative support
- Processing expense administration
- Updating contract information and processing contract adjustments




- Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with other repetitive and process-driven tasks as required

About You

- Previous experience in an administration or accounts role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident learning and navigating new systems
- High attention to detail
