This is one of those rare opportunities where you'll join a business at the very beginning of a significant technology transformation and genuinely influence the future direction of its systems.
Our client is embarking on a major journey to replace a long-standing legacy platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. They are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, working with stakeholders, challenging ideas, coordinating vendors, and helping deliver technology that makes a real difference.
If you're a Business Analyst who's developed strong project management skills, or a Project Manager who enjoys getting involved in business analysis and systems improvement, this role offers the opportunity to own both.
What you'll be doing
Your role will be incredibly varied and will see you become the central point between the business, software developers, technology vendors and managed service providers.
You'll be responsible for:

- Leading the internal coordination of a major Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
- Acting as the business representative throughout the project lifecycle.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology outcomes.
- Coordinating software developers, vendors and managed service providers.
- Managing and supporting the existing legacy business system while the current platform is implemented.
- Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
- Monitoring project milestones, risks and stakeholder engagement.
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring service delivery expectations are achieved.
- Helping drive cyber security initiatives,

governance and continuous improvement.
- Producing clear documentation, user guides and process improvements.
- Supporting the broader organisation with technology coordination and IT initiatives.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology rather than simply supporting IT.
You'll ideally bring:

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Systems Coordinator.
- Exposure to software implementation, especially CRM projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Experience working with software vendors, developers or managed service providers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confidence facilitating meetings, workshops and project discussions.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM systems or legacy system replacements will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
Why you'll love it
You'll have the opportunity to:

- Play a key role in a business-wide digital transformation.
- Influence how future systems are designed and implemented.
- Work closely with senior leadership and decision makers.
- Build relationships across the entire organisation.
- Work on projects that will have a lasting impact for years to come.
- Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

If you're someone who enjoys improving business processes, coordinating projects and bringing people together to deliver successful technology outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
