About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic, solutions-focused Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building genuine relationships. Based in Nhulunbuy, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio supported by smart systems and a collaborative team.

You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to remote Aboriginal communities, making a real impact while exploring some of the most untouched landscapes in Australia.

What You’ll Bring:

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate (preferred)
- NT Driver’s Licence (work vehicle provided)
- Australian Citizenship or full working rights
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills




- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and real estate software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of NT tenancy legislation (desirable)
- Bonus skills : Qualifications or experience in finance, project management, or maintenance management are highly regarded
