Be a part of transforming Australia’s digital landscape as a Customer Field Technician based in the Bendigo area. This role is customer‑facing and involves working on installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services largely within customers’ premises. Safety, honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service are essential.
Responsibilities
- Install copper and fibre cabling, including jointing, jumpering and splicing.
- Carry out customer premises installation of nbn.
- Install and configure Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
- Diagnose faults and repair nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE.
- Work flexible schedule between 7am and 7pm as required by business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in field service, or transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Current and clean driver’s licence.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal history check and a pre‑employment medical assessment.
