Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions across clinic, home, community and school environments.

You will work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs, collaborating with families and stakeholders to improve quality of life and community participation.
