Owing to an internal promotion, a leading infrastructure services business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and managing a team of five.
This position offers a unique chance to play a key role in both the operational and strategic direction of a complex, fast-paced business.
The Role
- Lead the development of annual business strategy, budgets, and reforecasts across the region
- Oversee month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Review major project performance to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and manage regional cashflow, liquidity, and working capital
- Prepare and present reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Drive financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Support capital requests and business case development
- Contribute to environmental reporting in line with group strategy
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex environment
- Experience within construction or infrastructure is highly regarded
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced capability in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
