Join Our Team as OSHC Coordinator – Good Samaritan OSHC, Bli Bli!

Permanent, full-time role (38 hours) | Monday to Friday | Split Shifts

Lead a vibrant before, after school and vacation care program for children in Kindy to Year 6 at our licensed OSHC (up to 90 children). Bring your passion for child-centred care, creativity, and teamwork to create engaging, flexible programs that celebrate each child’s ideas, interests, and culture.

Set in a purpose-built, stand-alone space on the Good Samaritan Catholic College campus, our days are full of movement, connection and fun.

Our team handles daily drop-offs and pick-ups from Good Samaritan Catholic College. Children enjoy a healthy breakfast and help prepare afternoon snacks, making mealtime both fun and nutritious.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a protected and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children’s interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

Requirements of the Role:

- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.




- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Child Protection training is required for this role.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
