IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Integral Built for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join their growing commercial construction team.

Integral Built delivers high-quality commercial cladding projects across Adelaide and has built a reputation for delivering quality workmanship, strong client relationships and reliable project outcomes.

We are currently recruiting for two positions:

- Leading Hand Carpenter – for experienced tradespeople ready to lead crews while remaining hands‑on on site.
- Qualified Carpenter – for experienced carpenters with commercial cladding experience looking to join a professional and supportive team.

About the role

Working across commercial construction projects throughout Adelaide, you'll be involved in the installation of commercial cladding systems while contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of each project.

These are hands‑on positions suited to tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship, communicate well on site and take ownership of delivering quality outcomes.

The Leading Hand role includes a fully maintained company vehicle and the prospect to lead and support site crews.

The Qualified Carpenter role includes a travel allowance and the opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Install commercial cladding systems




- Complete carpentry and external building works
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, trades and project teams
- Identify and resolve practical site issues
- Contribute to productive, organised and well‑presented worksites

Leading Hand responsibilities also include:

- Coordinating daily site activities
- Leading and mentoring site crews
- Maintaining workflow and site productivity
- Supporting project delivery and quality outcomes

Who We're Looking

For the role, we’re looking for people who:

- Have commercial carpentry and cladding experience
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Are reliable, accountable and safety focused
- Can work independently while contributing to a strong team culture
- Bring a practical, solutions‑focused approach to site
- Hold a white card and current driver’s licence

For the Leading Hand position, previous experience leading crews or supervising commercial projects is highly regarded.
